Fast STL Add-on — Privacy Policy

This policy applies to Fast STL Add-on (com.performance.stepimport), provided by the developer of Fast STL Viewer.

Your files

The add-on processes STEP files locally on your device and returns STL results to Fast STL Viewer. It does not upload your files to our servers.

Working results are kept temporarily to complete the transfer and are removed through automatic cleanup. Clearing the add-on’s app data or uninstalling it removes its locally stored data. Files you save separately remain under your control.

App data

The add-on does not require an account and does not itself send usage or diagnostic data to us. Fast STL Viewer may record conversion outcomes and technical information for reliability monitoring under its own privacy policy.

Support

If you contact us, we use the information you provide to respond and keep it as needed to handle your request. You can request deletion by emailing support@fast-stl.com.

We may update this policy as the app changes. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
